Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

HotWhois keyfiles may not be distributed outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder.

Installing and using HotWhois signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove HotWhois from your disc and cease to use the product.

Recommendation of HOTWHOIS Absolutely

Well, I did a web search to find a way to find out how to contact a service merchant that was ripping off consumers on the internet. I figured the internet should have such a service to assist us internet surfers from being abused. I was very pleased to find WHOIS. I am a very experienced internet user, I think the format could be simplified somewhat or just let the person using the site know exactly what to do to look up certain domains.

I loved the site. It was very informative and revealed exactly what I was looking to find. As a result of WHOIS I was able to contact a merchant that was fraudently using the internet and not furnishing the service that was promised. I was one of those consumers. I did not want to take it lying down. Thus, I did the search and found WHOIS. I contacted the Administrator of the domain site I was seeking and got a response the next day via email. I was very pleased. Thanks to WHOIS. This service will help consumers like myself and others on the internet be able to really be able to control a ripoff artist. It is about time a site like this existed for everyone. I feel the site had excellent information. I would definitely recommend this site to others without hesitation.
